FEE STRUCTURE

Second Chance Ranch Counseling and Equine Therapy, LLC, seeks to provide professional, affordable mental health care and wellness support to the Memphis community by making services accessible through scheduling and fee structure flexibility. We are in network with the following insurance companies: Cigna, BCBSTN, Aetna, Magellan, Optum/UHC, and Humana. ***2021 update: we are only billing CIGNA insurance at this time*** In addition, we offer a self-pay rate of $125/hour for individual, couple, family sessions, with a sliding fee scale and/or discounts for most services as need is demonstrated. Equine sessions are $150/hour. Military discounts of 20% are available as well. Group sessions are typically 1 - 1.5 hours long; rates are $40 - $50 per person for non-equine groups on site, and $50/person for equine group sessions. Special programs such as summer camps, workshops, and intensives are rated separately.

We currently accept cash or check and can also process electronic payments, including HSA.
